Mylan- Help Me!

Mylan who needs America?
Oh, I've been waiting for this to happen, Mylan a generic drug maker which fled the US to avoid taxes after a takeover of a smaller drug company in the Netherlands then by abandoning its status as a U.S. corporation and transfer its corporate citizenship there, this is known as an inversion. The reason for the inversion was undertaken to reduce the amount of taxes the company pays on drugs it sells overseas.

The company grew and flourished in America but because of corporate greed, Mylan blew off the country that made it fat.  Now a bigger competitor in the drug market is Teva Pharmaceuticals based in Israel with the intent of a hostel take over has purchased nearly 5 percent of Mylan’s outstanding stock will be able to vote against Mylan’s bid for smaller competitor Perrigo Co. (help me save my money America) The FTC examines stock purchases for possible violation of the requirement that large purchases of stock of U.S. firms must be reviewed by antitrust authorities. Mylan dumped this trust when denouncing the U.S. citizenship but argues the test of being treated like an American company under federal regulations because principal offices are in Canonsburg, Pa. (I'm here but not really)

Think of all the people here in the states that lost their jobs when Mylan made the move to avoid taxes. This alone shows no concern of employees who helped grow the company and no respect to the country herself.  So Mylan is playing a shell game and if Congress and the FTC allow this please leave the country, you're no good to America.  We've had enough of the lobbyist and trumped up laws only helping corporations and not the people of the country in which helped all theses entities grow including the country, you didn't do this on your own! Going to watch this real close, if you buggers get paid off again and only support shareholders I feel the general public has a move to make and that will be to buy nothing until we dry all of you up.

You with the US or not?  The public, in general, has less to support than government and\or corporation, you people seem to forget where support comes from (money can dry up fast) and shove it up the butts of the common person which put you on the map, to begin with.  You have lost so much respect where many at this point can do without.  The billionaires can't buy all the everyday items which float the boat, time to sink or swim.
