Honduran Drug Kingpin Sentenced to Life in Prison

On Jan. 9, a Miami jury found Mejia-Duarte, 41, guilty of conspiring to distribute over five kilograms of cocaine with the knowledge that the cocaine would be unlawfully imported into the United States. The evidence at trial, which included the testimony of multiple co-conspirators and pictures from a seizure of over 2,000 kilograms of cocaine, showed that defendant Mejia-Duarte led a large-scale international narcotics transportation organization based in Honduras and Guatemala that was part of a distribution chain spanning from Colombia to Mexico and the United States.  In that role, Mejia-Duarte and his workers secretly received multi-hundred kilogram quantities of cocaine from Colombia and Panama, temporarily stored the narcotics in Honduras or Guatemala, and then transported the narcotics onward, typically northward, including into Mexico.

Mejia-Duarte used go-fast boats, helicopters, and airplanes to operate his shipping route and, as witnesses detailed at trial, much of the cocaine was supplied to the Sinaloa Cartel led by Joaquin Guzman Loera, also known as “Chapo,” and Ismael Zambada, also known as “Mayo.” Based on the witnesses’ trial testimony and documents submitted in the case, Mejia-Duarte is responsible for trafficking at least an estimated 20,000 kilograms of cocaine. In operating his criminal network, the witnesses described how Mejia-Duarte carried guns, employed bodyguards and assassins, and engaged in a bloody war with a rival trafficker.

Acting Assistant Attorney General Cronan, “Today’s sentence reflects the unwavering commitment of the Department of Justice to prosecute those who fuel our drug crisis by sending illegal narcotics across our borders.  I especially thank our law enforcement partners in Honduras and Colombia for their assistance in bringing Mejia-Duarte to justice.”

“The DEA Miami Field Division is very pleased with the deserving sentence given to Mejia-Duarte today,” said DEA Special Agent in Charge Wright. “This adjudication is evidence of the strong partnership with our international law enforcement partners who also sacrifice much to strike down and bring to justice all those who willingly engage in dangerous and criminal acts against the United States which threatens the welfare of its citizens.”

Former CIA Case Officer Charged With Conspiracy

The Justice Department announced today that Jerry Chun Shing Lee, 53, of Hong Kong, was indicted by a federal grand jury sitting in the Eastern District of Virginia with one count of conspiracy to gather or deliver national defense information to aid a foreign government, and two counts of unlawfully retaining documents related to the national defense.

“The allegations in this case are troubling,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Doherty-McCormick. “Conspiring with foreign agents poses a real and serious threat toward our national security.  The United States will hold accountable those who conspire to compromise our national security.”  Lee is a U.S. citizen who speaks fluent Chinese.  According to the indictment, Lee was a case officer for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) until 2007.  After leaving the CIA, Lee resided in Hong Kong.  The indictment alleges that in April 2010, two Chinese intelligence officers (IOs) approached Lee and offered to pay him for information.  The indictment alleges that Lee received taskings from the IOs until at least 2011.  The taskings allegedly requested that Lee provide documents and information relating to the national defense of the United States. According to the indictment, the IOs provided Lee with a series of email addresses so that he could communicate covertly with them.  The indictment further alleges that Lee prepared documents responsive to the taskings, made numerous unexplained cash deposits, and repeatedly lied to the U.S. government during voluntary interviews when asked about travel to China and his actions overseas.  If convicted, Lee faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

In August 2012, Lee and his family left Hong Kong to return to the United States to live in northern Virginia.  While traveling back to the United States, Lee and his family had hotel stays in Hawaii and Virginia. During each of the hotel stays, FBI agents conducted court-authorized searches of Lee’s room and luggage, and found that Lee was in unauthorized possession of materials relating to the national defense. Specifically, agents found two books containing handwritten notes that contained classified information, including but not limited to, true names and phone numbers of assets and covert CIA employees, operational notes from asset meetings, operational meeting locations and locations of covert facilities.  Agents also found a thumb drive on which was stored a document later determined to contain information classified at the Secret level.  During voluntary interviews with the FBI, Lee admitted preparing the document in response to taskings from the IO.  (end DOJ)

Time is at hand to think less of self in order to understand everything else.  I truly hope that statement makes some sense to expand our thinking.  Let's dive into a few subjects that clouded our minds with disorienting the truth that is created by a lie.  For example, say you took cookies from the cookie jar.  Your mother asks if you did this?  You determined to lie rather than fess up.  What is the best lie you could tell?  Yes, you did, but only one - your sister took the rest?  Or… No!  Absolutely not! 180 degrees from the truth.  (Cognitive dissonance)  At least for a flash of a second, first she thinks you did do this and as you're speaking telling her you didn't.  So in order to understand what you're saying she must out of necessity hold your ideas in her mind.  Thus she simultaneously holds two opposing ideas that you did, that you didn't which briefly disorients her thoughts.

By applying such lie tactics on the population we simply clear our minds and take in everything from reference and cross-check all news feeds from around the world.  'Enjoy The Show'

This started in March with Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy has been taken into police custody for questioning over allegations that he received funding from the regime of the late Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi for the 2007 presidential election campaign.

The the flood gates opened on corruption: Latin America’s largest nation prepared for what would have been unimaginable just a few years ago.  Now former President Luiz Inacio was given until 5 p.m. local time Friday (today) to turn himself in and begin serving a sentence of 12 years and one month for a corruption conviction.

Then the former South Korean President Park Geun-hye has been sentenced to 24 years in prison for abuse of power and corruption.

Folks we're just getting started because here is the track record thus far; 6,000 people arrested on sex trafficking.  24,500 sealed indictments.  25,000 orders to seize assets and Ex-Presidents all over the World are being arrested.  Never in our history of the world has such a round up been possible of elected officials because of the status of untouchable.

Sessions Fires FBI's McCabe

The greatest show on Earth is the U.S. government caught in its own corruption and the integrity of all its agencies is becoming a wash.  I'm not just writing about the news here, I've experienced this degrading conduct from judges, state attorneys, law enforcement, FBI, DEA, doctors, state representatives and locals in a community who were afraid to show support.  This is a fuse lit long ago before many of us were even born, a prime example is the JFK assassination.  Deep state players with the shadow government have been hard at work for a long time to destroy America's constitution along with her Bill of Rights shredding We The People.

This is either you're for killing America or restoring honor, no middle ground here.  The firing of the FBI's McCabe is just a slice of things to come.  I do feel bad for the FBI, I've worked with many agents and in some instances, I could feel they were being held at bay by a prime directive, not of their control.

Today is the continuation of a landslide to restore the law of order and no person is above that law.  Pay to Play has compromised many officials in government which in turn makes these players an enemy of the state.

Eight Anti-Spoofing Enforcement Actions against Three Banks

Eight individuals who allegedly engaged in various deceptive trading practices on commodities markets in the United States have been publicly charged with federal crimes.  Seven of the eight individuals were charged with the crime of spoofing, an illegal trading practice that can be used to manipulate the commodities markets. Other than the individuals identified today, only three other individuals have ever been publicly charged with the crime of spoofing. Of those identified today, five were traders employed by global financial institutions, two were traders at large commodities trading firms, and one was the owner of a technology consulting firm.

The charges announced today aggressively target, among other things, the practice of spoofing, which was allegedly employed in various forms by these defendants and/or their co-conspirators to manipulate the market for futures contracts traded on the Chicago Mercantile ExchanUBS HSBC
ge (CME), the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), and the Commodity Exchange Inc. (COMEX).  The defendants and their co-conspirators are alleged to have defrauded market participants and manipulated these markets by placing hundreds, and in some cases, thousands of orders that they did not intend to trade, or “spoof orders,” to create the appearance of substantial false supply and demand and to induce other market participants to trade at prices, quantities, and times that they otherwise would not have traded.  According to the charging documents, the spoof orders often had the effect of artificially depressing or artificially inflating the prices of futures contracts traded on CME, CBOT, and COMEX.   In order to take advantage of the artificial price levels created by their spoof orders, the defendants and/or their co-conspirators are alleged to have executed real, genuine orders to buy (at the artificially low prices) or to sell (at the artificially high prices) in order to generate trading profits or to illicitly mitigate other trading losses.
